The bag tag is exactly as described. However, the turnaround time was longer than expected. It was listed as 2-3 weeks but ended up taking 25 days from order to delivery. While I’m happy with the product, there are other shops with faster shipping. If you’re not in a rush, it’s a great item!
It’s layered wood. It started to separate after we received it and had to glue it back together. Daughter likes it and uses it to display her awards.

My daughter saw this bag tag at her volleyball open house and loved it. I ordered it for her for Christmas and the whole process was seamless. It was done well before Christmas, I even had time to place another order two weeks before Christmas that was also done in time for the holiday! The product is beautiful and the service was amazing.
