Refund policy
We have a No Return Policy for all Custom Orders as each design is created specifically for you and can't be resold to someone else. If there is an issue with the quality of the item and you can provide pictures of the issue, we can discuss if we can fix the item or not.
Please send us an email for us to try to correct the issue on our end. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start your return, you can contact us at blingowlcreations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since ALL Custom Items are made specifically for you they are not returnable if you change your mind or doesn't fit. It is your responsibility to verify size by using our Size Charts to measure. If the order was created incorrectly, we will make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
