Terms and Conditions - By submitting this Design Request Form, you represent and warrant to Bling Owl Creations that you own or otherwise have all rights, licenses and permissions to use the logo, image, design, mark and art you provide to Bling Owl Creations and that you will not submit any material or request that Bling Owl Creations design or create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes any intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bling Owl Creations and its owners, employees, affiliates, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or relating to the use of any logo, image, design, mark and art you provide to Bling Owl Creations. Quotes for work are valid for 48 hours from the date of the quote. All custom work and all confirmed work is non-refundable. If we are unable to produce the requested design, we may decline your request and/or cancel your order. The agreement between you and Bling Owl Creations is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Quotes are only good for 48 hours.
